Energetics
This deals with the fact that we live in a space filled with energy. People, animals and plants, as well as minerals, are imbued with this energy. It starts from the assumption that each physical problem is first manifested at the level of fine matter before it is shown at the level of solid matter: as a symptom. So, if you take it the other way round, it is important to treat the energetic level first in order to resolve a symptom permanently.

Meridians
Their existence has been scientifically proven. They are conduits that distribute energy throughout the entire body. Each meridian is associated with certain emotions and physical symptoms. For example, it can occur that a person suffering from inner restlessness and impatience has a blocked bladder meridian.

Chakras
The word chakra means „wheel of light“ in Sanskrit, a holy Indian language, and perceptive people perceive them as a rapidly turning coloured circles. They are located in the aura, supplying the body with vital energy. For example, the forehead chakra supplies the following parts with energy: face, nose, sinuses, ears, eyes and various brain functions, such as the central nervous system. There is a whole range of smaller secondary chakras, but mostly we are talking about the seven main chakras, located in a vertical axis from the perineum to the top of the head.

Aura
This is a fluctuating, oval energy field surrounding the body. It consists of various layers. Each layer fulfils certain tasks. Energy flows from the universe through the aura and into the chakras and further to the physical level. In the same way, it flows back from the chakras through the aura into the universe.
