We are humans, and like everything else on this earth, pure energy. A rock, for example, vibrates at a lower frequency than a man or a thougth.

Since everything has the same energy in its origin, we are all mutually interwined and affect each other. This means that, when you put something into action, it affects the entire system. It also means that, when you change, you change your surroundings as well. This ultimately means that you are the maker of your own universe and therefore responsible for your life circumstances.

For my everyday life, this means to work on my thoughts and actions and then observe my surroundings. The surroundings are a reliable indicator, which shows where my strengths and virtues can be improved, it reflects my inner being.

Has my life changed since I have been knowingly working with energy? Yes, it has achieved a surprising depth and fullness, and what is more important – it flows!

I see myself as a person who constantly reaches new shores and takes with her what touches her heart. After long years of being on the move, I have been given the most important insight: the key to life is simplicity!

This simplicity can be put in one sentence: „What you give is what you will get back.
Therefore, I give you the best of myself!“
